General Information
Description of ProgramProvides residential treatment in a Modified Therapeutic Community setting for women, pregnant women and women with infant children. The program offers long-term, intensive treatment for clients with severe substance use disorders (drug and alcohol) and co-occurring mental health issues. Treatment includes:
- Individual and group counseling
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Relapse prevention
- Psychiatric care and medication monitoring
- Case management
- Vocational skills training
- Life skills training
- Exercise programs
- GED preparation, and more

Infants in residence with their mothers attend the licensed and quality-rated child care program at the Baby Haven.

Helpful TipsInfant children who are 9 months of age or younger at the time of the mother’s admission may live with mother during treatment. If mothers enter treatment pregnant and are eligible for Medicaid, Medicaid will pay for treatment up to one year postpartum.

EligibilityWomen 18 years or older, or women who are pregnant or have an infant (9 months or younger at the time of admission), with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health issues.
