Description of ProgramProvides families with the tools, techniques, and education they need to be stronger parents and members of the community. Services provided includes the following:
- Food pantry
- Parenting education
- Home visits for parents with children ages birth to five
- Family support
- Health insurance enrollment for Marketplace, Colorado Health First, and CHP+
- Cooking classes
