Description of ProgramTower 21 is an organization who works with individuals who are struggling with addiction issues or are caught up in the legal system. It is a unique place that offers hope to people who believe they are in hopeless situations by giving people a place to belong and a place that restores hope by giving people a chance to regain what they have lost or never had – healthy relationships, sobriety, employment, education, physical and emotional health, ties to their community, and self-respect
