Description of ProgramEnsures educational rights and protections for children and youth in Poudre School District that are experiencing homelessness. The intention of the federal McKinney-Vento law is to remove all barriers to public school enrollment, attendance, and academic success that children and youth who do not have fixed, regular and adequate housing might face.
