Description of ProgramSTD research; public policy; educational pamphlets; Herpes Resource Center, which provides Herpes information via the Helper newsletter, books, audio and video tapes, and pamphlets; Herpes and HPV support groups; HPV support program, which provides information via pamphlets and the HPV News journal; information hotlines; CDC National STD and AIDS hotlines.
ObjectivesTo fight AIDS and other sexually-transmitted diseases through increased public awareness and support programs nationwide for people with STDs.
