Description of ProgramOpen to all seniors age 55 or older. The Active Adult Center (AAC) offers services such as the following:

- Hot lunch
- Art and crafts
- Computer and exercise classes
- Massage therapy
- Fascial stretch therapy
- Podiatry
- Acupuncture
- Visiting nurses
- Lectures and workshops
- Holiday and special events
- Volunteer opportunities
- Trips
- Outdoor recreational activities
- Silver Sneakers program

Intake ProcedureCall, walk-in or visit website for more information. Walk in to sign up for membership. Lunch requires a reservation by 4 p.m. the business day prior, classes require registration, and massage therapy requires an appointment.
Intake RequirementsPhoto ID required to purchase a Senior Center ID card, which is valid for two years.

Twenty-four hour notice of cancellation is requested for massage appointments.
