Description of ProgramServes individuals with developmental disabilities/delays and their families. Also one of Colorado's Community Centered Boards providing individuals access to federal, state, county, and private funding in Arapahoe County, Douglas County, and the city of Aurora. Services are delivered through Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver programs as well as other state-funded programs.
