Description of ProgramProvides essential dental care to people with disabilities, seniors, and individuals who are medically fragile. Programs link low-income individuals with special needs to volunteer dentists, and provide comprehensive treatment to residents of nursing homes, home bound individuals, and those attending community centers.

Client Information
EligibilityApplicants must lack adequate income to pay for dental care and meet one of the following criteria:
- Have a permanent disability
- Be 65 or older
