General Information
Description of Program9Health Fair is offered across the state on an annual basis for nine days, usually in April. It offers a variety of health screenings to the public. All screenings are free with the exception of the blood chemistry analysis, Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA), hemoglobin, Vitamin D, and colorectal screenings. Specific tests available include, but are not limited to:

- Pap Smears
- Breast Screenings
- Food, Hand, Skin, Lung and Spinal Screenings
- BMI Screenings
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Cardiac and Diabetes Risk Assessments
- Hepatitis C Screenings
- Prostate/Testicular Screenings
- Vision/Eye Screenings

9Health Fair also offers On the Job program, which provides health education and screenings to corporation employees, spouses, and retirees.
