-Estimated time for any return trip

Total Transit – Colorado NEMT requires at least 48 hours advance notice to schedule your transportation. Please schedule your transportation as soon as you have your medical appointment to allow time to schedule your trip.

Transportation for urgent care and after-hours may be provided based on Medicaid eligibility. Restrictions may apply. If you require emergency transportation, please call 911 immediately.
