Provides services to low-income youth and their families. The staff listens to what the youth is saying and then guides them to finding healthier solutions to conflict through empathy and communication skills. Coping skills are taught so that a client will feel empowerment over their traumas and go on to reach their full potential. This process may take several sessions or a dozen sessions depending on how much work the youth is willing to do.
