Description of ProgramThis program covers four services: ADRC is Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado which serves Pueblo County adults 60 and over and disabled adults 18 - 59. 2-1-1 of Southeastern Colorado is an information and referral program to help the citizens in 11 counties in Southeastern Colorado. Senior Link offers assistance with applying for financial and medical assistance from the state. Finally, SHIP offers Medicare counseling.
