In 1994, thanks to a combination of public and private funding, the Joseph H. Edwards Senior Center was built in downtown Pueblo at 230 North Union Avenue. Our impressive facility, located near the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk Project, City Hall, Historic Union Avenue District, and senior apartment complexes, houses the SRDA offices and our many comprehensive programs.
The Joseph H. Edwards Senior Center is a city owned facility managed and operated by Senior Resource Development Agency of Pueblo (SRDA). SRDA planned activities for senior citizens are available as space and time permit at no charge, if arrangements are made in advance. The center is available for private groups to rent for birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, educational meetings, seminars and workshops. SRDA does not rent to groups whose intent is to sell services or merchandise. SRDA is not responsible for marketing or advertising your events, meetings or trainings.
