General Information
Description of ProgramThe SRDA School Crossing Guard program provides children with assistance in crossing the street safely. Guards work morning and afternoon, whenever school is in session, to escort children across busy intersections and assist them in learning safe crosswalk habits. Their presence in florescent vests alerts motorists to obey traffic laws. Program is supported by the city and School District 60.
