Description of ProgramHome Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs is federal & state funded program for children up to 21 years old who have a physical disability, which interferes with their normal growth & development. In addition to the qualifying diagnoses, the child must meet the financial requirements and have potential for rehabilitation. Neurological, orthopedic, vision & hearing are some of the programs offered.
