Description of Program
Collaborate with individuals, families, friends and community partners to coordinate quality, individualized services in a dedicated manner that provides choices and effective use of resources. They provide advocacy and support for a myriad of life activities that assist persons with developmental disabilities to reach their maximum potential. They also provide services that promote inclusion, dignity, pride, self worth and independence to foster a sense of belonging and responsibility in the community. ENVISION will implement a four day work week and that work schedule will apply to employees in administrative, case management and support service positions. Hours will be M-Th 7:30 am - 5 pm for the Envision building and to people who need to meet with and conduct business with Envision.
Urgent Services Provided
Through in-house programs and contracts with a network of provider agencies, professionals, community businesses and other services, Envision facilitates a comprehensive support program in a broad spectrum of settings, including the person or family home, 24-hour on-site staff, scheduled support staff, host homes and group homes.
Case management services will be provided to all individuals. Once the person's needs are assessed, referrals may be made for the provision of living environments, therapies, transportation related to services, medication administration and monitoring, ancillary medical care, meal preparation, daily living skills, personal care, access to community services, assistance with interpersonal relationships, recreation and leisure activities, group and individual supported employment, adaptive equipment, home modification, and more.
