A national organization devoted to helping lymphoma patients and their families. The Lymphoma Foundation of America (LFA) awards research grants to scientists at major universities to help find a cure, offers counseling over the phone by registered nurses, financial assistance for travel, and information on Lymphoma. All programs and services are free, and are available to cancer patients, family members, and friends.
LFA was founded in 1986 by people with lymphoma who came together to help each other recover from cancer.
