Description of AgencyThe program provides services designed to support and improve the academic achievement of K-12 students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind. These services include:
- On-demand described and captioned educational video
- A clearinghouse of information related to educational media access
- A gateway to internet resources related to accessibility.

There are no user registration or service fees.
