Call the Heat-Help or Crisis Intervention line, and follow the prompts to request an application, check on the status of an application, or to request information about energy conservation or weatherization. Clients MUST CALL agencies to which they are referred before going in person.
Each non-profit agency that provides financial assistance to pay for utility bills has its own intake procedure and requirements.
