Description of AgencyProvides affordable PCs, laptops, internet service, and computer repairs to low-income individuals and families.
MissionPCs for People strives to bridge the digital divide by providing the necessary tools to put a functional computer into the hands of low-income individuals and get them online.
HistorySince 1998, PCs for People has offered free and low-cost computers to low-income families. Based in Minnesota, PCs for People has distributed 40,000 computers to the community. In July 2015, PCs for People opened an office in Denver as partners with BlueStar Recyclers to bring this service to Denver.
