Description of AgencyThe program seeks to provide a non-institutional, residential setting that allows persons with AIDS to live and die in a dignified manner. In addition, Horizon House Inc. provides education to the community about AIDS and related issues. All services are provided in the most caring and professional manner, independent of the person's ability to pay.
MissionProviding home care services to persons and their families who are struggling with the chronic disability associated with AIDS/HIV.
