Description of AgencyProvides specialized hospice services with a wide range of end-of-life care options. Provides hospice care in patients’ homes, in long-term care facilities, and at the Inpatient Care Center, located on the fourth floor of North Colorado Medical Center. Offers support groups for people grieving the loss of a loved one.
MissionTRU Hospice of Northern Colorado’s mission is to dignify life’s final journey, console the grieving, and educate the community.
