Works with women from all walks of life and varying circumstances, who share one commonality which is chronic unemployment. This is caused by a myriad of circumstances such as
- Lack of education,
- Lack of steady work history
- A history of incarceration
- A former addiction
Meets women where they are and creates an environment that is supportive, non-judgmental, and conducive to obtaining skills to find and keep permanent, full time, entry-level career jobs. This is accomplished by hiring women to work in the 6 to 9-month transitional employment program on a full-time basis, while also providing hands-on job training through the assembly of gourmet food products.

Walk-in to complete a brief application; applicants will be contacted to start the interview process when openings are available
Women who are 21 or older, chronically unemployed the last three years and in recovery for at least six months
Participants must also be able to:
- Work Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for most of the work day
