Colorado VNA is committed to a continuum of health care in the home and community supporting optimal well-being, independence, and dignity.
Established in Colorado in 1889, the non-profit Colorado VNA has evolved from a few people who delivered flowers to the sick, to an organization that offers a wide range of services, from skilled nursing, wellness programs, rehabilitation and hospice care, to meet the complex needs of today's patients.
