Description of AgencyHealthSET has two main programs, Health Promotion Clinics and Client Advocacy Services, both of which help low-income seniors to live independent, healthy lives.
MissionTo provide free health care and social services to low-income elderly people in the Denver Metro Area.
HistoryHealthSET was created by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters in 1988, who worked with different orders of the Sisters of Charity to replicate a successful model that had been developed in Milwaukee.
