HistorySince 1974, CHFA has been increasing affordable housing and economic development across Colorado. CHFA home mortgage programs provide low and moderate income Coloradans with access to fixed rate financing at competitive prices. CHFA also offers down payment assistance and sponsors in-person and online homebuyer education classes. CHFA’s loan programs are available through its network of participating lenders.
