Supports children and families infected or affected by HIV/AIDS, with support groups and a vacation giveaway.
Mission is to provide support and encouragement for children living with HIV/AIDS through connecting families with each other.
Angels Unaware was formed February 1992. At the first meeting there were four families. Three of those families had children infected with HIV/AIDS. The other family had children affected. Support groups were developed as to the requested need of those families, a positive uplifting support group where the entire family could meet at the same time. Over the past decade plus, Angels Unaware has provided family support to over 180 families throughout the State.
