Also responsible for code compliance in Adams County, including building code enforcement and graffiti removal.
The primary intent of the Community & Neighborhood Resources Division is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Adams County. Residents of unincorporated Adams County (Code Enforcement and Graffiti Removal); For home repair grants, must live in Brighton, Federal Heights or unincorporated Adams County and meet the following criteria (Minor Home Repair Grants):
- Own and live in the home
- Be current with mortgage payments
- Meet established income guidelines
- Have property insurance
- Mobile homes must be owned and built after 1976
